FL to NY Moving.

The experience with Duntara Moving was very pleasnt! I was pregnant when I required their services and I didn't move a finger to move my stuff. The movers were really corteous and the same for the people who gave me an estimate and booked the job.

Long-distance move from South Carolina to Florida

Horrible! Stay away!

The salesman was wonderful so we thought. He told us exactly what we wanted to hear to get our money then we couldn't reach him again. He quoted one price then charged us $2000.00 more before we could get our stuff. Delivery was 2 weeks late! We called daily only to be told (if we could get someone to answer) that they didn't know when the driver would be in Florida. "He lives here, he has to come back" this is what they actually said! When our stuff finally arrived, furniture and pictures were broken. We were told we could file a claim but they only pay .60 per pound. They would not pay for repairs. Multiple items were "missing". They refused to move any boxes, they just piled them in the living room. They refused to take large items upstairs. My husband and son had to carry an armoire upstairs because the mover said, "I'm not going to hurt my back moving that." He is a mover but refused to move the furniture! I was totally speechless! I could go on and on nothing at all good to say. Horrible customer service, horrible experience.

Exelente Moving Companies.

I moved from Oregon to Florida and used this company. I called a lot of places, but NW Relocation had the best prices. The salesperson was knowledgable and honest. My stuff actually ended arriving sooner than we expected which was fantastic. I will definitely use these guys again.

Long-distance move from Illinois to New Mexico

Moving.

Duntara received our business through phone conversation. They staed they would move our household from Illinois to New Mexico (May 2013) the cost of $2900.00. After taking our $800.00 deposit, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of the salesman, Lissa. Once our items were loaded and hauled away, we received a phone call in which Duntara Moving stated they would not deliver our item unless we paid them an additional $6500.00 cash. They held our items for random in a warehouse in Chicago. They delivered our items over a week after pickup after extorting nearly 3 times the initial cost. Items were broken, including an antique hummel collection. Furniture was bashed, dinged, and broken. our grill was blatantly stolen as when we took our grill cover off, to our surprise the $800.00 dollar grill was missing and replaced with a broken piece of garbage grill. In addition they took two propane tanks. They damaged a TREK Session 77 $4500.00 mountain bike. They broke a pre-WWI German dish set, They destroyed an antique gumball machine, in addition to many other irreplaceable items. They were not willing to replace a single item. Rats entered on of our boxes and destroyed the contents. Duntara refused to admit the transfer of our possessions from one truck to another. To avoid thieving dilletante liars, please avoid these crooks at all cost.

Worst Co. Ever!!

Besides my young sisters sudden death 2 years ago, this has been the most horrendous month of my 35 years on earth because of Duntara/American moving&storage.this company lied, scammed, cheated, stole and are now keeping our belongings hostage.they gave us a false estimate, were 4 days late p/u, and now wont drop our items off because I HAVE to pay w my cc because ive exhausted all my cash reserve on living expenses because of their cheating, empty pormises. Its been 20 days since our stuff left! Customer service reps were RUDE and would hang up, not answer the phone or it would be busy. Despite my several attempts to speak w management, they would refuse and for a few days-put the janitor on the speak with me! I had asked for a valid email address to communicate for documentation pruposes and they refused me that. I don't understand how it is legal for this co to continue on stealing from everyday people. STAY AWAY!!

Long-distance move from New York to Florida

Reliable, Upfront, and Accurate prices!

So, I needed to move last minute . Imagine my frustration when my existing mover bailed out on me last minute, and I happened to keep MAW number from a previous quote. I spoke with Tekla at the Sales/Reservation Department and she made me feel so relaxed and hopeful. she scheduled my move for a few days from when I called. The crew showed up in an immaculate and big truck with their logo and info on it. They quickly took everything apart, wrapped and loaded my stuff and even disposed of some loose trash at the end. The foreman also helped negotiate a sale with my neighbor for one of my items because he mentioned that he was not allowed to accept any of my items as donation, company policy. MAW has integrity and upholds their staff to high standards. They show up on time, and even help you out when you don't know what to do. I would highly recommend this movers, and you should definitely Go with them if you're moving!

Moved twice With Duntara! Excellent service.

I have used Duntara twice for out of state moving and the service has been impecable. I used Duntara in 2007 for my move from Ft Lauderdale to Dallas and it was a great experience, the best price and  I worked all the process with Al and he came and inspected my house and gave me a good binding estimate, all worked out smooth. This time(March 2013), and based in my previous experience, I hired them to move me back from Dallas to Ft lauderdale and it was even better service. Mike Anthony a great guy, understanding and patient. But the highligh this time was Ruben the driver, he was fantastic! Honest and  a great Hard worker, I explained to him that in addition to my house goods, I had  very critical and expensive gear that I was goingt to move, and he made sure all my fragile boxes were loaded safely and he promised me to deliver it himself and he complied!  What's even better, they took only 4 days to have my 3/2 appt stuff delivered in Florida!! Nothing missing, nothing broken and in time.  If I have to move again, I will hire Duntara in the spot since I have nothing but great comments from my  two moves. Honestly, I do not understand some of the reviews left by people here, it seems like some people had bad luck or did not do their homework and read about what Long distance moves imply, packing tips, etc. My advise, Plan well, pack your valuables well, do your homework and as some say, expect the best but prepare for the worst, it will take stress out of your life!

Long-distance move from Florida to California

Terrible Service.

Nightmare company - BEWARE! We had the worst moving experience of our lives with Duntara. They tried to overcharge us based on a bogus weight calculation that I proved false when I required them to go to an actual weighing station. They damaged my apartment's exterior structure with the truck, and then claimed they weren't responsible, which cost me $1300 out of pocket to fix. They were 2 weeks late delivering our contents. Customer service is a joke. Absolute disaster - avoid them like the plague!!

Long-distance move from Florida to California

Terrible experience! I wouldn't use them again for free!

Duntara quoted us $4800 for our cross-country move, but raised the price over 61% to $7800 once all our belongings were on the truck on route. They never showed up on the drop-off date promised and never even called. We spent the next 3 weeks on the floor of our new home being given the run around.   The trailer, that holds several different loads, was rerouted several times and out in the heat wave for 21 days. When they arrived, there were several boxes and items “lost” (including new electronics, collectible crystal and family heirlooms). I find it hard to believe that our most valuable items were accidentally lost. Our furniture and other items were several heat damaged and several broken. They refused to pay even the minimum $0.60/lb in damages after making me waste more hours on all the paperwork. They were also nasty and condescending. Over a year later, they offered us less than 10% of our loss in order to get us to take down negative reviews. Even though we had nothing to gain by declining the meager couple of hundred they offered, it wasn’t worth having another family be so treated so poorly. Do not do business with Duntara Moving!    .

My Moving.

I have a very good experience since the beginning with this company, Fred was very helpful in all the details for the process and guided me in al the steps. I had to move my belongs from a storage in NJ to Orlando Fl. Everything was done well and precise , by Tim and by Carlos the driver. Carlos did the extra mile to help and to do his job well done. If I have to move again, definitely I will do it with them. Highly recommended!! Thank you for your help all the way.

Long-distance move from Florida to New Jersey

Duntara Gets 2 Thumbs up.

Initially I was skeptical when it came to hiring someone else to pack my entire life up in boxes and drive it up the east coast. I had heard so many horror stories. However, I was anxious to get back to my family. After I ruled out the d.I.Y services, like pods and uhaul. Hiring a moving company was the choice that made the most sense. Duntara was suggested to me by a friend of mine who has used Duntara himself and had nothing but great things to say about them. Once I called and spoke to Lissa I knew everything would be fine. From start to finish she made sure that the most stressful thing I would have to do would be to decide whether or not I would let the guys pack my shoes or if I would take them myself. (lol) the movers showed up at my door on the day they promised, they were very friendly and professional and treated all of my stuff as if it were their mother's. Then is when I was sure I made the right choice. I had to call Lisa and thank her. I am happy to say the delivery ran just as smooth. They showed up to my place in jersey as scheduled, unloaded my belongings without incident, and after few bottles of water and some lunch they were back on the road again. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend Duntara to my friends and family!! Thanks again Lissa. Duntara rocks!

Long-distance move from Tennessee to Georgia

Move from TN to GA.

Fred @ Duntara went the extra mile to schedule our move on extremely short notice. Truck was re-routed from PA and was 2 days late. There were a driver and helper and they worked flawlessly. They did the job that took 4 men to do when we moved to TN!  No breaks were taken and they were very efficient in loading and unloading.
The only negative about the whole move was the inability to contact anyone at company after hours on Saturday and all day Sunday. We wasted all day Sunday waiting for them to arrive and had to incur a nights stay in a hotel; however, we were able to negotiate some relief from the final bill.
There was no apparent damage to furniture or to our packed by owner boxes (so far).
This is the first time I have done business online without anyone coming out for an estimate, but the experience was a positive one. .

Please..please..run away from this company!!

I recently moved and made the horrible mistake of using this company.  First, they were supposed to pick my furniture up on Wednesday.  Instead they showed up on Tuesday WITHOUT CALLING ME FIRST!!  Then, the quote they gave me was almost $2000 LESS than what I ended up paying in the end.  Not only that..they only gave me 24 hours to come up with the extra money!!  The driver, whose English was passable at best, was not prepared for delivery.  He had no idea where I lived and I had to get in my car and DRIVE OUT TO MEET HIM and guide him to my house.  This was AFTER I had already texted him DETAILED directions.  Some of my furniture was COMPLETELY destroyed and 90% of my boxes were torn up and deformed.  In fact, my Rubbermaid containers were CRACKED AND SMASHED in.  When I talked to the driver about it he blew it all off.  When I spoke to a representative for the company and expressed my concerns she said.."oh well, there is nothing I can do about it."  I was OUTRAGED.  This is the WORST MOVING COMPANY I have EVER worked with..and I have moved a lot.  Like I said, PLEASE PLEASE go with someone else.  This company deserves to be reported! .

Long-distance move from Florida to Virginia

Added charges, borken goods and stolen merchandise.

I was looking to move from Florida to Virginia and looked on line for a good reputable company to help me with the move, shortly after giving my information to an online place I got a ton of phone calls from companies offering to move us a "great" price and great service. I got a call from Micheal from Duntare cautioning me against cheap places that promise a lot and deliver very little in service.
I talked to maybe four places and decided to use Duntara for move even though their price was not the lowest, it started bad almost as soon as I called to give them my deposit; they now wanted $150.00 more for "storage" fee, after Micheal talked to the "manager" he came back and said they would honor the original price given. The day they were supposed to pick up our things they showed up late and ill prepare, they deliver the stuffs almost a week late and wanted an additional $300.00 for steps, I paid the drivers $75.00 and they finally brought everything in.
After they left we realized that they had taken an extra box with kitchen and dry goods and a peace of exercise equipment worth $800 and when I called the office and talked to Mike the "manager" I was told that the drivers would be back in week to return my items. That was on the 15th on June, it is now July 9th and when I called this morning I am told that there is no one in charge I can talk to and no one knows when and I will get my stuff.
Please avoid using this company, They do not know customer service and will say anything to sell you the job. Once they have your stuff they change the story and you have nothing to do but to pay them more money.
**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**.

Dont let them subcontract your move!

Watch out if you wok with Duntara - you don't want to get subcontracted!  I asked the sales rep from Duntara if this would happen to me (i was aware that this takes place in the industry) and was assured that Duntara does the moves themselves.  Was not the case for me.  I got stuck with Oasis - and here is my story.. I've moved over 20 times over the years and this was by far the worst experience I've had. An outfit from Oasis showed up and I had to sign all new documents (after reviewing the Duntara contracts in detail) at the time of my actual move.   Second was what I discovered at delivery.  But first - what must have happened while I was on the first floor doing some final packing while the packers were on the second floor disassembling (which the contract said they would do) my bed and desk.  Unfortunately the did not know how to take the furniture apart and instead of asking me for assistance (I've move these pieces 3 times already with no problem) they proceeded to take them apart using brute force.  Why use a screwdriver when you can rip the furniture apart.  Needless to say - totally ruined.  I only discovered this damage when the items were delivered - not a word by the packers.  They busted the furniture, picked up the broken wood and put it in drawers and wrapped everything with blankets. Next was trying to figure out delivery.  At pickup they said my items would be on a truck heading east by the end of the week. Knowing that this is likely done just to make me feel better and is not a commitment - I called Oasis Customer Service and asked them.  Over three weeks I was told the move was underway and I would hear anytime from the driver about the delivery.  After 3 weeks of this I was told by another CS rep that I was not given the facts and the truck was leaving the following week.  The truck finally showed up after 30 days and I discovered the quality work of the packers.  Only good thing was the guys who delivered the items.  They truly seemed to feel bad and understand they worked for a company that did not care about it's customers. I'd avoid these guys.  And watch out if you get subcontracted! Read more: http://www.mymovingreviews.com/reviews.php?action=add&step=preview#ixzz22X1ALjK0.

Move to NC made easy.

I had to move to NC last minute & a friend told me about Duntara, they made a very difficult time in my life much better. I moved to the country & their truck could not fit on the small road. Excellent Service!!

Duntara moving and storage provided overall excellent service with arranging pick-up, shipping and delivering. They kept all my items in safe conditions and I didn’t find anything damaged. I had large heavy furniture that I didn’t want any dents or scratches. They protrected my furniture and it was delivered without any problems. They made the moving process easy and were exactly on time for pick up and delivery. It was very easy to get a hold of them and get a price quote. The movers were friendly and gave me helpful advice. They were affordable and fair with pricing compared to a few other movers I compared them too. I highly recommend them for your move.  Duntara moving and storage provided overall excellent service with arranging pick-up, shipping and delivering. Choose at your own risk.

I would not recommend anyone use Duntara moving. They promised that their firm would do the actual shipping, which was a lie. Once they got my down payment they took it upon themselves to contract out to another firm to pick up my items. I was surprised to see another companies name on the side of the truck when they arrived.

To make a long story short they were terrible with communicating anything! Actually, unless I communicated MULTIPLE TIMES with them inquiring WHERE my items were and WHY they were not delivered in the time frame I contracted for, they only let me know after I kept bugging them. My sales rep REFUSED to call me back, ever. I did get responses from Nicole but all I ever got was promises not kept. My items finally arrived 19 days past the latest due date promised! (total of 38 days) They have terrible communication. Trust me, they either didn't have a clue about what was going on, or they didn't care. Fly by night comes to mind with this company. Terrible customer service!

Now I am dealing with getting compensated for the days they went beyond the contracted LATEST date for delivery. UGH!!

I would stay away from using this company!

Long-distance move from Connecticut to Florida

What a nightmare!

Do not use this company! My experience has been a complete nightmare. They do not stand behind their word! 7 months after my move date I am still trying to recover over charged funds.

First of all, this was the most expensive moving company I interviewed, but I went with them because I trusted them and thought they would do a good job and treat me well. My experience has been anything but that. I was promised that they do not "sub contract" jobs out, and they do all the moving themselves. This was a complete lie. The moving company that they hired and unexpectedly showed up was unprepared for my move, even thought I clearly stated ahead of time that I lived on the third story, and did not have an elevator. The movers arrived late, and when they found out I was on the third story and that there was no elevator, they actually asked ME to to call my friends to see if someone would help them come move me! I couldn't believe it! Since they arrived four hours late, and it was after 5pm, they could not call any other companies for assistance. They ended up hiring 2 guys from the street to help them move. 6 hours later and a missed dinner appointment later, my stuff was out of my apartment..everything except my couch that is! They assured me ahead of time that my couch, which needed extra assistance to get out, would be "no problem". 7 months later, my couch is still there and I had to pay another professional to get it out of my apartment.

I found it to be very hard to get a hold of anyone at Duntara Moving, so while en route to Florida, I stopped by their address. This moving company had very few identifiers from the street, which made be curious. Where were all of the trucks for a moving company that does all of their own work? When I opened the door to the "office" about 7 guys were cramped into a 6x10 space. They all looked shocked when I opened the door. This was not a traditional office, it was extremely sketchy. The boss came out and spoke to me. He promised to rectify things for me, and at this point 7 months later, nothing has been done. I was supposed to have them store my belongings in a "climate controlled storage". I asked to see this storage space when I was there. It literally is one HUGE room with everyones stuff in it. The "climate control" is an industrial sized fan! I refused to have my belongings there, so I got my own storage space.

My belongings arrived late to Florida. I was not notified that this would be the case. Because I could not get anyone from Duntara on the phone, I actually called the sub-hired company to be notified of the arrival. Duntara gave me a final quote and balance which was $300.00 less than the original due to my decision to decline storage. When my belongings arrived, The contracted movers told me that if I did not pay that $300.00, they would not give me any of my stuff. My belongings were held hostage! No one at Duntara answered the phone, and I felt that I had no choice, but to pay the $300.00 since I wanted my things. The contracting company told me that Duntara had been nothing but trouble to them as well. The owner of Duntara, Mike, promised to refund my money, and to assist me with getting my couch from Connecticut to Florida. On several occasions, he said my check for $300.00 would be sent. This has not been the case, and NO ONE at the company will answer or return any of my phone calls.

I am a honest person, and I have been told nothing but a bunch of lies from these people. There are more disturbing details to this story that made my experience a bad one, but I am just sticking with the biggest points. This company made an already stressful move MORE STRESSFUL, and they ripped me off. I would encourage everyone NOT to use this company. They have no morals what so ever. They are the typical moving company that most people try to stay away from. I will give credit to them in that they know how to talk a big talk, then not follow through. From here on out, I will only use a large well known moving company. If you want to avoid trouble with your move, you most certainly should avoid using Duntara Moving!

Long-distance move from Florida to Louisiana

Worst experience ever!!

Dealing with Duntara Moving & Storage was the worst experience I have ever had, including a year doing combat missions in Baghdad (not saying that to brag, just saying I would rather do that again than deal with Duntara for anything). I contacted Duntara Moving & Storage to move my household goods from Brandon, FL to Shreveport, LA between 6 Jan 12 to 9 Jan 12. I was on a specific time schedule for my move as I was planning on leaving Florida on 6 Jan 12 and arriving on 8 Jan 12, with a scheduled appointment to move into my house on 9 Jan 12. I explained I was flexible about the pickup but very adament about the household goods being delivered on 9 Jan 12. I was assured by Gilbert, who wrote the contract that my request for delivery on 9 Jan 12 would not be a problem. Prior to contacting Duntara I had received quotes from other moving companies for shipping my furniture and was using 10,000 lbs as my weight estimate for cost comparisons. After conducting an inventory of my furniture over the phone, Gilbert stated he estimated the total weight of my furniture at approximately 6,500 lbs, despite my objections that I wanted to use 10,000 lbs for cost comparison purposes. Gilbert wrote the Service for Order #294568 which stated the calculated weight estimate was 6,673 lbs and would cost $4,020.25 with pickup scheduled for 3-4 Jan 12 and delivery on 10 Jan 12. I was fine with delivery being on 10 Jan 12. The movers arrived approximately 45 minutes late for the pickup which was on 4 Jan 12. I did not experience any significant issues with the packaging and pickup of my furniture; but I was present for the entire time. On 6 Jan 12, I called Duntara and was informed there was an issue with the truck but they expected to have the delivery made on time; I requested a contact number for the driver or an after hours number for the dispatcher. I was told they would not give out the driver's number but that the driver would call me that day. Over the weekend of 7-8 Jan 12, I attempted to call Duntara with no response and no calls from the driver. On 9 Jan 12, I called Duntara and was told the truck had not left Florida yet, due to a mechanical issue from a "routine inspection" and not from any problems experienced while operating the truck. Duntara's operator/secretary, Nicole was unable and/or unwilling to provide any information about the truck getting on the road and informed me she would call me as soon as she got any information. Over the next week, the only time I was called was when they wanted to get more money from me so that the "truck could get on the road" . That was when they informed me the cost had gone up by $1,297.08 due to the increased weight which I believe they had purposefully underestimated to increase the cost. The truck they used to pick up my household goods was not the same truck they used to deliver my goods and was combined with another customers furniture so there was no way to confirm if the increased weight was mine or a combination of multiple shipments. The shipping invoice #W294568 reflected the weight increased to 8320 lbs thereby increasing the total cost to $5317.33. I paid a deposit of $1005.06 prior to pickup, paid another $4000.00 via credit card in order to get the truck on the road since they stated they would not send it without payment and the final $162.00 when the truck arrived at my house for delivery. After the initial failure to deliver my furniture on 9/10 Jan 12 I was assured the truck would arrive on Friday, 13 Jan 12; I was then told on 13 Jan it would show up on 14 Jan, then later , but was unable to contact anybody over 14/15 Jan 12; I FINALLY got a call from the driver on 15 Jan 12 stating they would arrive in town on 16 Jan 12, a full week after the contractually agreed date. I was told the reason for the delay was another shipment coming out of Florida they wanted to add to the truck to maximize the loads they transported at one time, thereby maximizing their profits. Meanwhile, my pregnant wife, 1 year old daughter and I were forced to live in a hotel for over a week under exceedingly stressful conditions since we had no furniture for our house. Throughout the entire week of 9 - 12 Jan 12, I repeatedly called with questions and concerns about the delayed delivery and repeatedly requested to speak with a manager or senior person. Nicole would tell me that Mike (owner/manager) was in the yard, or out of the office and that she left him messages to call me back, which never happened. Again, they only called when they wanted money. I have moved numerous times in my 14 years in the military and my experience with Duntara was the most frustrating and stressfull, with absolutely no actions on their part to ease the stress or frustration by allowing me to discuss my concerns with a manager. Nicole did actually remove a $75.00 bulky item charge, however I don't know why a small loveseat was a "bulky" item. My main issue with Duntara was their horrible customer service both on the part of the office people, Gilbert and Nicole and also the driver who delivered the furniture; in addition to their failure to deliver on time according to the contract. I would like to add, several items were found broken upon unpacking to include unique hand carved stone pieces which the movers had packed themselves. My suggestion, if you want to avoid stress during your move, you should avoid moving with Duntara.

Great.

This company was great! Mike was very professional, courteous and most of all honest.
The crew showed up on time and to my surprise, mike was part of the crew. He and his crew worked extremely hard and packed my belongings with such great care.
Since my move, mike has moved my mother 2 times and has provided the same courteous care.
I would recommend him and his company to anyone!

Daylight Robbery.

I chose Duntara Moving & Storage because my 'moving specialist' was the most helpful person I spoke to during my search for a quote. Well I later learned that he basically fabricated low quote numbers and a short delivery time to gain my business, and then ceased all communication when the bad news about the real numbers was delivered. I was told the total cost would be approximately $2,579 and my shipment would arrive in 3-5 days. The end total was a staggering $4,284 (and I was not given the option to remove items from my shipment) and it arrived 13 days after pick-up! I am horrified, stressed and trying to find another $2,000 to pay for this!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES..THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

Overall Bad Experience.

We chose Duntara because they seemed to offer a reasonable estimate and they would move the boxes for us. They offer a binding estimate (price won't go over if what you have is exactly what was on the estimate), but they purposely don't explain that you really need to list every single item you have no matter how small. They tell you they will overestimate just in case, and make it seem like everything will be fine. Then it's not, and they charge you way more. We were quoted $1600 and ended up paying $3000. All the terms and conditions of are conveniently laid out so that they are difficult to understand and often result in extra charges, and the sales representatives make no effort to explain things properly to you- which of course is of great benefit to them because they get to charge you more money! They were not careful with our stuff, and several boxes were crushed. We had a stack of clear plastic drawers of toiletries that was taped closed. When we got it back all the drawers were opened- someone searching for prescription drugs I assume. Then they lost a box and a dining room chair- How do you lose a chair? They also have 90 days to resolve your claim for lost items. They also often don't answer the phone when you try to call, so it took 3 weeks and 5-6 phone calls just to get a receipt over email.

Local move within Florida

Thank you Duntara.

Thank you Duntara moving for a great performance. I thank Duntara and their movers for successfully executing my 5 bedroom house move in Boca Raton, FL.  They came on time, finished on time, nothing was damaged or broken and everything went according to the plan and charged me a moderate amount. In short, I am happy like anything to have a great move.

Long-distance move from Florida to California

Very pleasant experience with Duntara Movers.

I recently hired Duntara Movers to relocate my family from Jacksonville Florida to California. This has been a very big transition for us because we have not moved from Jacksonville in over 15 yrs. I received a phone call from one of their representatives named Fred after researching online for a reputable moving company. I figured I would get three solid estimates and make my decision. I was surprised to realize how many phone calls I received from so many movers. I really felt that Fred at Duntara was more down to earth with his approach and his knowledge in the field (something that I was not to familiar with). We scheduled my move for September 25-26th because I figured it would give me enough time to do last minute touches to my house and give my family and I enough time to travel to California. The crew that showed up the day of the move John and his two helpers did an incredible job in wrapping my furniture and carrying it to the truck. I can honestly say that it takes a special breed to do this kind of work because they truly did work hard. After about 7 hours later the guys were finally done and my wife and I could not help but to buy the guy’s dinner. We waited for our stuff two arrive in California about two weeks later and was equally satisfied by the manner that our items were handled at delivery. Although my weight estimate was under my quoted amount, I did pay a little for some professional packing of my TVs. I really didn’t want my TVs to break during the process. I honestly would have not chosen a moving company after reading so many horror stories online but this company really did change my perspective. I would definitely call these guys again if the opportunity comes to move my family back to Florida. My wife and I would like to thank you guys for all the hard work! We had an overall good transition.
